Meet Kristian
I’ve spent my career leading transformation across countries, cultures, and industries. Most of what I know comes from building, testing, and adapting in real environments where results matter. I’m a hands-on strategist who turns big ideas into clear plans and measurable progress.
Working internationally taught me how leadership actually works, how alignment is built, how decisions are made, and how to move from complexity to execution.
Kristian is a strategic leadership expert, researcher, and lecturer motivated by one thing: making a positive impact on people. He grew up in a working‑class, fisherman family in Esbjerg, Denmark. He first trained as a carpenter, learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and a hands‑on approach. Those beginnings shaped how he leads and connect him with people from every layer of business and society.
