Kristian is a strategic leadership expert, researcher, and lecturer motivated by one thing: making a positive impact on people. He grew up in a working‑class, fisherman family in Esbjerg, Denmark. He first trained as a carpenter, learning the value of hard work, craftsmanship, and a hands‑on approach. Those beginnings shaped how he leads and connect him with people from every layer of business and society.
